- Respond to jobs within customer contractual SLA’s.
- Deliver drying and fire restoration services to the highest standard, in line with BELFOR training.
- Project manage the complexed restoration works, working alongside internal and external customers.
- Produce detailed RAMS, CDM CPP, in line with the procedures set out by the BELFOR H&S and compliance department. This information is compulsory on every job.
- Using the control measures detailed in the risk assessments and following the procedures outlined in the method statements, ensure that a safe system of work is maintained at all times throughout the duration of the contract.
- Action any non-conformance and compliance issues raised within the agreed timeframes, set out by the Field Manager
- Ensure that all relevant information is shared and understood by the parties involved (including the instructing party/ customer, BELFOR personnel, Temporary personnel. Respond to the changing needs of the customer amending all necessary documentation as appropriate
- Actively participate in emergency call out Rota (including night-time, weekends and bank holidays).
- Agree to accept, and then be personally responsible for (including the cleanliness and functioning) all issued equipment detailed on the equipment schedule.
- Carry out visual inspections of workmanship on site, and make sure that milestones agreed with your contracts manager and met.
- Be responsible for clarity and detail of all electronic documentation, this should include all electronic time capture for on site personnel.
- Participate in any training set out for your development plans and within timeframes agreed with the training department. Ensure all calibration of equipment is within date at all times
- Look professional at all times, ensure that all staff on site are in correct PPE and uniform.
- Issue brief weekly summary report to contracts manager on progress of projects.
- Play an active part on the on call Rota for the out of hours service
- Ensure that variations are agreed with customer, adjuster and contracts manager and are recorded in appropriate company documentation to ensure changes to scope of work are recorded throughout the project.
- Responsible for management of any temporary labour , ensuring they adhere to BELFOR site rules and procedures, and ensuring work is completed to agreed standard, and in professional manner.
