To support the National Account Director in managing and growing key client relationships, focusing on maximizing revenue, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in the Disaster Recovery & Restoration market.
Twoje zadania
- Assist the National Account Director in managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in the Disaster Recovery market and Insurance sector.
- Act as a key contact for client accounts, addressing queries, issues, and ensuring effective communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the insurer and clients.
- Maximize revenue by promoting new products and services to existing clients.
- Actively seek to expand client bases in designated accounts.
- Ensure that all client accounts are managed effectively, maintaining detailed records and ensuring all job-related activities are completed accurately and timely.
- Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring clients’ expectations and contractual requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, project teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work with the marketing team to create and distribute communication materials, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Support the National Account Director in implementing growth strategies, setting and achieving sales targets.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Identify and support the development of strategic partnerships that enable the business to expand its market offerings.
Twój profil
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Full driving license with the ability to travel nationally.
- Experience in account management, business development, and client relationship building.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
